If you top up your balance but the payment hasn't been credited, don't worry. It may take some time. Please wait 30 minutes to ensure the payment has been processed successfully.
If after 30 minutes you still do not see a credit to your balance, please contact support. We will help you understand this situation and resolve all issues.
To create a request, open the "Technical Support - Create ticket" section.
Include the invoice number and payment receipt with the application.
Step 1. Create an application in your personal cabinet, section "Technical Support "
Step 2. Specify in the application the number of the invoice you paid and attach a screenshot of the payment receipt.
