To renew or pay for the service, use a method convenient for you.
If there is a sufficient balance, the service will automatically renew or start automatically.
All payment methods can be viewed on our official website or in your personal account "Payments - Top Up Balance ". The commission is set by the payment gateway.
After you have paid and for some reason your payment has not been credited 30 minutes after making the payment, you need to contact technical support by email, where you must provide:
1. Registered mail
2. A screenshot of the receipt confirming that the payment was made.
To contact technical support by email, you need to go to your personal account -> Technical support (create a request).
There is no need to duplicate the application via online chat; this will increase the processing time for your request.
