On average, our services take up to 30 minutes to launch, but usually the launch of services is faster, up to 10-15 minutes. After your service is launched and in the status works, you receive a letter to your e-mail address, which you specified during registration.
The letter contains all the necessary information about the ordered service. Sometimes letters can get into the spam folder or any other folder, and it also happens that the delivery of the letter can be delayed. On average, letters arrive within 5 minutes. If you still have not received the letter, create an application in your personal cabinet, in the application request information on your service.
